Now add Halloween to that and you get the extravaganza known as Bhangraween, coming to DC for the 3rd time this year, at the 9:30 Club on Oct. 29. Joining her is the dhol drum prodigy Rani Taj making her US debut, as well as Brazilian baile funk princess Zuzuka Poderosa.
