(by Kait) WeDidIt did it again. The latest to come out of the forever magical, LA-based collective is a mysterious track titled “The Club." The video surfaced a couple weeks ago courtesy of an equally mysterious producer simply named Purple.
Despite the general confusion this song is causing on the internet, Purple's identity isn't really a secret. He is actually Luis Dourado, co-founder of Terrain Ahead records and a talented visual artist to boot. Luis, Ivo Pacheco (IVVVO) and Tiago Carneiro (Solution) founded Terrain Ahead in Porto, Portugal circa 2010 and the "avant garde" label is quietly moving up the ranks. These guys are so fresh its hard to tell who they properly represent, but it seems they run with a plethora of spooky producers including: Trikk, Myeunoia, Baliac, Moss, Twerz, Pearl and others.
